  • Full Length (6f, 1m) ~75 minutes

When 15-year-old Panny arrives at Camp Lake Athena for her final summer, she is determined to be the first captain in ten summers to lead her camp to victory. With a persistent greek chorus, nostalgic camp songs, and lots of tube socks, GUTPUNCH examines what happens when the environments that shape us start to fail.

    Developed at Kenyon College

“entirely lived-in and realistic… deep emotional resonance. GUTPUNCH is not a show that I will soon forget.”

“Borghesani deftly [weaves] together elements of Greek drama and the classic tropes of summer camp, telling a wonderful story of girlhood.”
